These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of street-dropz.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Streetdropz (“Streetdropz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

All product listings on the Site are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance takes place when the order is shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for reasons such as product availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

All prices shown on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and ship only to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

After processing, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@street-dropz.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once order processing or shipping has started.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy for details regarding eligibility, return windows, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing.

8. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, and other content on the Site as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. Where necessary, we may cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streetdropz and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will be limited to the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streetdropz from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
